1. Our Approach

Access to been is offered with a free 7-day trial so that participants can spend real time with the Companion before deciding to continue. No payment card is required for the trial. Current paid access is available through Payhip as a one-time purchase granting 365 days of access. It does not renew automatically. Paid access is identical to trial access; nothing is held back.

2. Refund Period

If you decide that been is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of each one-year Payhip purchase. This 14-day period applies independently to every one-year purchase, including an additional purchase intended to extend or stack access, and runs from the date of that purchase.

3. How to Request

Payhip purchases are made through Payhip. To request a refund for a Payhip purchase, write to us at hello@beencompanion.app with enough information for us to identify the purchase. We will review the request under this policy and, where approved, arrange the refund through the payment method used for the Payhip purchase.

4. Renewal

A current Payhip purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically, so there is no recurring Payhip arrangement to cancel.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable law prevails.
